Bad timer lights on 20+ hrs during week 4 of flowering.

Gelato 45 photoperiod.
I'm a first time grower and was given a 3-in. clone in July so it got off to a late start outside. When It started to bud I moved it inside under a 1500W LED light, 12/12.
I was in week 4 of flowering when my timer (or my programing) got messed up and my light was turning back on a few hrs. after they were supposed to be dark.
I discovered this 2 days after it happened. I'm now starting week 6 and the it seems the flowers which seemed to be growing fast, have now stopped. They were starting to look so good. Did I ruin them?

Not sure of your experience but “stall” is a common misconception at this point
