Basement grow room

So I’m planning on building a grow room in my basement. This going to be my first big grow an a test to see if maybe going commercial is a option. I’m also rehabbing the house that the grow is going to be in so I have total flexibility in design. To start I’m planning on doing a recirculating deep water system, I like how can control the ph an tweak the nutrients. The room is going to be 8 x 9 the wall are going to be hardboard which is coated with white plastic coating I figure it’ll help with everything. I do have plans To expand to 21 x 9 to make it a even 20 m2. I have four stains three plants per strain for a total of 12 plants. I’m planning on using the hdx 15 gal totes as the individual reservoir for each plant. Connecting it all via 2” pvc back to the control tank. For the mechanics of the system the total volume of the system is 195 gals for the 13 totes. I’ve read different figures as to the The number of times a system must circulate which then decides the water pump size I was going to go with five I which case a 1000 gpm pump. For the lights I’ve purchased two 1000w solis tek digital ballast as well as two of there ballast splitters so I can run 4 600w de lights as the ceilings in the basement as only 8’ tall. I’m also considering a supplemental 5000w burble light it’s only $130 bucks an I’m curious what kind of readings I’ll be able to get from it. Other than that I have the air pump the largest I could find on amazon an all the air Stone pads on the way. Just waiting to get power an water turned on at the house to start building the room. Hopful to start in a month

Do you have any growing experience this far or will you be building your knowledge and technique from scratch?

And do you have a plant count?
