Bearded dragon lights for flowering?

Hello, I have been growing on my windowsil but it is now becoming too obvious.. my friend had told me he passed by and looked up to my window and could kind of make out a plant.. I do not have any light other than my Bearded dragons Heat light UVB would this work for floweing ? I am new to growing

By a real grow light or yer waisting your time

Even a cheap $70-100 blurple is better than nothing

Closet is decent to grow in, plus you need 100% dark in Flower
