Bending or topping???

Just curious. What do you think is more effective for yourself, Bending or topping? x

i top then LST or LST and top or...................the fun is endless

It really depends on what your trying to do. If you're trying to harvest them quickly then you can use LST because topping a plant will stunt it's growth for a little while. There are many different techniques for different situations.

I top and week 2 of veg then super crop at week 4 before I flip them.

This is my first indoor grow and I'm only familiar with bending outdoor plants. Never topped so that's something to look forward to. Thanks all!

plant training is not that complicated. do both do fit the circumstance.

I have limited space but a high-yielding plant that does well with topping once. So on my next grow I will top at about 3 or 3.5 weeks and then scrog for another 4 or so before flipping.
