http://www.thehawkseye.com/spores.html... I bought 4 last time. $50 including shipping. I mailed a money order. Didnt have to use my guy that buys my mj seeds for me! I would only buy what you will need, they dont store well after a couple of weeks... Better off inoculating ASAP... 4 was a handful...
What sub are you using? Rye or BRF? I had the best results with rye and Cambodian in mono tubs... BRF has such a small return and you cant grain to grain transfer to keep you sht going. Oh lordy, pick a bail of hay

SporeWorks is who I have always used and have done very well with. I get their 4pk "grab bag" special (17 strains to choose from) and at the checkout use the discount code "shroomery" and they will throw in a 5th syringe of their choice for free. http://sporeworks.com/Psilocybe-cubensis-4-Pack-Customer-s-Choice-Grab-Bag-Special.html

I have syringes that have been in the fridge for over a year and they are still good, just knocked up some popcorn with Huaulta this past week

Id go with ralphsters. but then again I haven't tried too many others, except freespores which I would NOT recommend. I sent a money order to ralphster, but forgot my order number, emailed them(with past orders, Ive received fast reply) and I didn't receive any reply, and didn't see the site updated for nearly a month. Thought I was screwed, looked for a vendor who accepted cards. ordered albino a and golden teachers from freespores. afterward I tried emailing ralph again, to see I they received or sent back my money order, got emailed back pretty much right after that saying they got it, just tell him what I want. sweet, too bad I just wasted 20 buck at another vender but whatever. freespores came quick I think it was 5 days, syringes looked nice, plenty of visible spores. so I knocked jars up with syringes from both vendors(not the same jars obviously) all albino A and GT jars from freespores, didn't colonize at all, let em be for 2 weeks before I considered the spores were dead. Ralphsters I got a 5 pack special and asked for the strain of the month. all the syringes were good and viable, with the exception of the SOTM. 5/5 contaminated and I blame the syringe as only 1 other jar (out of 20-30 knocked up) contammed. So Im sure it not a result of me.

Fark me that info is all i need i was gunna use a 3x4 room under my house for a mass continuouse grow.
although i need some advice on the best substrate for that kind of grow? Its great to have peeps to ask who know wats up.

I have had luck every time that I used Homestead Book Company (just google it). I have tried other places that were slightly cheaper but the media was always contaminated.

Plus, the shrooms that I harvested were the best ever. I realized then that shrooms should have white to slightly gold stems and not purple like all the one I bought before. The purple comes from mishandling and improper curing.

It has already been mentioned, but Ralphsters. They have a great selection, good prices, timely shipping and they give you a free syringe of your choice every couple orders.

This might be a dumb question but cant i grow these from their own spores once i have got some growing? I like to DIY stuff. Some told me they might grow on logs, wood chips or saw dust? Just wondering this becoz i have all those things readily available. Nice to be just using whats naturally around me. I could super heat it over a fire to sterilize. Or do they like those nice soft grains?

If you are still trying to grasp the concept, "Lets grow mushrooms" is very inspirational. I felt like I understood the whole process after watching. He makes it look easy but he does get heavy on being clean.. Paul Stamets has some books and lecture type videos mostly books...I get all my stuff from kickass torrents...

wood chips and rye are two diff species. rye is for grass/dung psilocybin cubensis and wood chips are for wood dwelling panaeolus cyanscens or azurescens... I heard that wood dwelling species do well in outdoor/wild environment...Just what I read, Paul Staments says he likes the cyanscens best and have 3x the active ingredients than cubensis. I have only grown cubies

How is everything? I didnt realize that you could be from Australia. That might affect your decision on who to order from... Have you been reading any books or vids? I found my video(s) on youtube, its a series broken into sections... I didnt see if they were all there.

He goes over a few diff methods. personally, I would skip the PF Tek and go straight to rye. it was the last 2 vids. This guy did not put them in order, I can tell he had his BRF vids 1st...BRF is small scale and slower. Plus, you cant grain to grain with cakes... G2G is where you get your bulk mass of jars. you can G2G 3 times before it starts getting weak. I can fit 8 jars in my pressure cooker so that would be 8x8x8=512 jars from one syringe, but who has that much material lol.
I believe you can use rye for the wood species also... He does not mix straw/manure, but I think its best for cubies...

Soaked, sterilized corragated cardboard rolled into tubes are a very good way to initiate wood loving species. Put them in a straight sealable canning jar and treat them just like you would grain. You will probably have to use a bit more spore solution. I've never tried rye grain but there isn't much reason it wouldn't work.
