better light

my plant has been on 12-12 for five days now and hairing up pretty good I know my light setup is pretty sorry I have 1 cool white tube and 2 soft white 3000k these are 4 ft. and 1 20 watt cfl I have the tubes vertical next to the plant. My qoestion is would i be better off if I just took the plant outside for its 12 of light or just leave it alone inside with its lights i was told that taking it outside would supply the wrong kind of light now that its on 12-12 any help would be great. this is my first indoor grow

Sunlight is always better than un-natural light, you can take it outside just make sure to monitor the light cycle or the plant might kick back into veg mode.
