black coloration spots along edge of leaves

Ok I just noticed this last night, I got a plant about 15 days old that is developing black colorations on the edges of the leaf right at the tips where they're kind of jaggedy going up the side, it's only on the bottom set of leaves above the cotyledon and I don't think it's anything caused by a pest, they're kind of blackish colored but not completely opaque. I added quarter strengh nutes this afternoon but this was already occurring last night and has worsened over the course of today. I wish I could get pics up but I only have my camera phone and cant get shots good enough worth posting...

I've looked a lot on other sites and on here as well today but can't seem to come up with a valid diagnosis, can anyone help me out??

I've looked a lot on other sites and on here as well today but can't seem to come up with a definate diagnosis but the more I research it the more I believe it's the pH since I'm using tap water... Are these black spots form high pH or low pH, I have a Hanna pH/ec/ppm tester on the way but I'd like to treat them right away.

might be a few things , 1 of which is phosphorus if your ph is too high excess iron and zinc can make it unavialable.
check ur ph is in range for the medium ur using , maybe hold off from foliar feeding . . .
