Blue cheese

Has anyone noticed that blue cheese has a great scent up until about week seven and then it just goes away?
I know that it’s an old strain so I popped a couple seeds and thought I would cross it to something else and see if I could get her to maintain that weird smell that I love and it’s the same exact situation. At week six or seven it goes somewhere. I don’t know where it goes but I can’t seem to find it.

Cannot remember who it came from, do you have a good source?
That would be amazing because it was one of my favorites for a very long time
Last semi decent bluecheese that i tried that wasnt from cuts i think was actually rqs seeds of all places theres is a bx1 on paper anyway as its cheese x blueberry x cheese there used to be a good 12 week cut of bluecheese that yielded and was good that used to float about the uk if u know anyone into cuts mate not seen that in a while mind you

Dang
I’ve never gotten anything from rqs . I’ll have to give it a try. I’ve heard a bunch of random things about them. I’ve heard a bunch of things about everyone though so I guess it’s normal lol.

You have to read the descriptions carefully on the RQS strains. You will see they say "their" version a lot.

That being said, everything I have grown from them has been surprisingly good.

Big Buddha blue cheese is the one you want. Look for the 7.5 weeker.

Hell ya
Thank you.
I’ve never tried root seeds blue bonnet. I like blueberry strains when they are good. So I’m about to try blue chocolate. Blue bonnet X GG4
We will see how those goes. So many people in the scene are mad at each other. It’s a little sad. Hoping everyone can be successful and make it to the top of their game.

London city genetics - Bluchi.
Very uniform plants with fantastic flavour.

Blue Cheese was always a favorite!
Over here it was the most common commercial ran strain for decades till stardog took that over amnesia is still fairly common cheese and its crosses a bit less so these days with those types of growers at least but theres still plenty of uk home growers who run it still tho a good blue cheese is a belter of a plant for sure its only downside is it can be a bit leafier than some other strains ime it yielded well good smoke too

The one I ran was pretty solid and really had a mind of her own. I'd love another good one like that.
