Bubble Bags

so i just got my bags delivered that i bought on ebay...i have trim, 10 ice cube trays in the freezer and a couple 5 gallon buckets...now the bags are ..

red = 25 micron
yellow =100 micron
purple = 200 micron ...and a small screen maybe 6 inches x 6 inches that is 25 micron....no directions came with the bags ..can anyone point me int he right direction for a tutorial for these bags..bought off ebay
