Bubblegum strain outdoor - south australia

Bought some bubblegum strain from marijuana-seeds.nl

One of the seeds has sprouted and on its 3rd set of leaves, the other has Stopped growing as it looks, not sure why this is the case.. as it's in exactly the same soil, fertilizier and is in exactly the same conditions. Also the bottom leaves on both went yellow but the one that continued to grow the yellow leaves have dropped off..
The weather conditions are also very hot but the plants are waterd daily.

Not sure why this is the case, any ideas/suggestions will be appreciated

only thing is mabe its not takein the water that the other one is ,every plant seems to like things a little different ,just my 2 cent bud

Not sure, every time I go out and check the soil it seems to be moist like the other one.. I have no idea what the problem is as the other one is doing great.. Maybe it could just be the seed? I have no idea..

i know this is an old post but how'd you go man?
