Buds Started to Get white Mold on them while Drying?

Basically the bud is no good. Its dangerous to smoke mold in any form and not recommended.
I would place it in the freeze immediately and make hash out of it, preferably an ISO variation to have the alcohol kill the mold spores.
Next time make sure the bud is dried correctly.
If you are unsure, keep burping and checking your nug 2-3x a day at first. But the stems should be "clean" snapping at 90 degrees when they dry enough for jars.

get them out, air them out, put a fan around them but not directly on them. I'm not sure what you could do with your molded bud other than try to make hash out of it but that can be dangerous if not done properly. ISO hash would be your best bet but I also read about how that may not kill all the mold spores, some molds are adapted to surviving extremely harsh conditions

I can't tell for sure from the information given, I need pictures or more info. But I do recommend getting the molded bud out of the same area as the good bud
