Budworm. How to rid in late flower? Pics.

A week or so ago I burnt this girl pretty bad and after PH lock set in I finally reacted and flushed. Well I waited a few days and some areas of the plant seemed to look a little better but others did not improve...I waited 4 days then flushed again with PH'd water, drainage was perfect...yet a few satellite bud sites just didn't to improve. So I began to trim off of the ugly dying sweet-leaf and fan leaves when I noticed a Caterpillar...What a bastard! I promptly burnt him to a crisp. Then I cleaned off my good scissors and trimmed the shit out of the whole plant. I removed as much dead/infected looking foliage as possible. Along the way I found another worm...who I scorched on a different bud site. I also found a spidermite web..That I sterilized and removed. No wonder this poor plant hasn't taken off like its counterpart...The trics are just starting to amber...Should I just harvest now and separate it from my other very healthy plant? How can I get rid of these pests now or in future grows?

BT spray as a preventive/treatment for catapillers.. SAFER makes it as others. It just a bacteria. Safe on buds. Mites I use azamax as a preventive but not on buds. edit: I prefer not to spray buds at all.:leaf:

I'm also late in flower...These don't have more than a week to go. Are my infected buds unsafe for consumption? Should I separate it entirely from a healthy plant?

Thank you,

If no mold..I'd ISO the ones with catapillers. I'd spray BT..Cervantez does on buds. Will it dry fast where you are after spraying?

No mold present...I've been hawking over these things to monitor tric production several times daily. I groomed the hell of out all the damaged areas including the buds. I also applied BT as you suggested with a LIGHT spray as you mentioned...It's currently sunny, 58F with a constantly 5-10mph breeze...The solution dried quickly...I applied a second light coat for good measure.

Just cut mine..getting too wet. Airy buds but its the last of a chitty strain I dumped outside (headband). They are bonus plants ..lol. No catapillers no bugs aside from normal outside chit. 15 plant limit cuts the fun but I can clone 5 more now. I did 2 gallon, 3, 5 and 20. 5 and up produced much better. Fun experiment with Xnutrients. Good luck with the catapillers..have a nice harvest.
