Hi I'm a newbie every night I look at my plants and on the top layer of soil I see heaps a lil bugs how can I fix this

Any pictures? They could be a few different bugs. Do they look like spider mites? They might be beneficial insects to kill fungus gnats

Well first you need identify the pest, 2nd you need to find a way to manage or eradicate the problem, and 3rd find out why you got them in the first place so you won't get them again.

I think they are gnats but they are so tiny
