bugs!!!!

I got bugs on on my plant it's a about 3 1/2 weeks into buding iv tried seven I hope that works ...how much longer do I have 70 days right ?

Can you identify the bugs? Neem oil works well against spider mites.

Also, between grows clean your room out and bug bomb it, helps keep infestations at bay.
