burnt plant

i have two plants and one of them is taller than the other and it had gotten or it seems like it was burned from the light. it is only the top leaves and they are the new growth leaves, should i cut them or leave them.

this is the pic but new growth has began growing above it and i had flushed them and they seem to be doing better, but still not sure whether to trim off.

I would just top the plant and get two main stalks.

I agree...top it and make a negative into a positive! It may, or may not, continue to grow normally for you as it is now - but if you top it, the results should make you happy. The current growth above the burned area may even be healthy enough to make into a clone after you top it. If the cutting roots, you'll have another whole plant, if not, you lose nothing since cutting off the burned part will result in multiple colas growing. Here is a link to Uncle Bens topping thread.
