Come on up and visit me VI. I will hold your head under water untill you take a big gulp of water and repeat for hours,(Waterboarding), and then tell me it isn't torture. I will strip you naked on bare concrete and sic my pit bull on you, not torture. I will put you in a 8X8 room, pipe obscenely loud rock and roll and extremely bright light 24-7, while you are resting naked on a bare concrete floor, again not torture. You are insane. What, you want to bring back the rack? This is modern torture.
