Is there a an external dimmer connected? Try disconnecting it, they tend to go bad and glitchy.
If no joy:
isolate the problem to light fixture or driver by switching driver with another one of your arrays. Driver should likely still be under warranty. If its the strips well then examine them carefully and get back to us ;)

Are they wired in series or parallel? Multiple drivers?
If only a single is glitching, look at the wiring connections for damage.

single driver 450w meanwell, and yes its on a dimmer, i opened it up and the wires were loose still connected but loose, so i have tightened them all and will best today, if not il swap the dimmer, and ifnot i have a spare driver anyway .

yeah when on max it happens only, flighering dim up and down so sounds right, i just couldnt get to the plug today the jungle is massive

If this is mainly a problem on max dim just keep a switch or wago on the dim circuit: cut the circuit and it will default to max output. Good luck
