Cabinet or "Grow Area" which is best?

First off I will say it's been a few years since my last "project" so I am trying to get some knowledgeable feedback. I have two different routes that I am looking at; I have an enclosed trailer that I will be using.

What is better?

1.) Building a grow cabinet (placed inside trailer) so I can have a "controlled" grow area?
Or
2.) Sectioning off an area inside my trailer and using that entire area for the grow area?

I have a digital 600w HPS / MH Air Cooled Hood.
I plan on building my own DWC or Drip system (which is better?) with 14 gal. Rubbermaid bins.
I have AN Nutes.

If a cabinet is the best method, what size cabinet should I build?
How much air flow do I need for the cabinet?

Thank you!

It's really completely up to you... I would say with that size lighting system you're better off with a grow area... But you have to take into consideration privacy issues, that bright ass light will be quite noticeable if it isn't in a "cabinet" of some sort. Also depends on how much you'll be growing. If you're going for yield and don't care for secrecy, use a grow area and maximize yield and air circulation. :peace:

I have the same thoughts. I am going strictly for yield. I was thinking of a SCROG for maximum yield, unless I am mistaken?

I think cabinets are just cool IMHO. Easier to control ligh smells and ventlation as well. Plus another lock between nosey SOBs and you girls..
