Can I Use a 250w Hps in this Grow Space?

Hey guys,
Tried asking this question in another forum and got no responses. I tried the search function but no luck. I was wondering If I could use a 250w hps system in a 20 1/4'' x 36 3/8'' x 30 3/8'' (DXHXW) rubbermaid closet? I plan on using an air cooled ballast with a 75cfm pc fan. I will also have a 105 cfm exhaust fan for the box with a passive intake and a 4'' circulating fan.

I have a 250w HPS in a cooltube inside a 40x40x20 inch cab with a 500cfm centrifugal fan blowing the hot air out and my temps are still rarely below 22 Celcius. with the lights on its usually between 22 and 26 degrees C.
Anything above 26 and the plants start to suffer...
My guess is that you will really, really struggle to keep that setup cool.

Over 26c and they suffer? how do they grow outside when the temps reach 30+ c ? just asking because mine will be going from inside to out in the next week or so.

doesnt know what hes talking about...lol plants dont suffer till over 110 degrees then the thc can start to loose its power....maybe if u can get some co2 in ur box with those temps u should be ok...Or maybe jjust get a 150hps to be safe boss but good luck and i have my room and the temps reach 90 without anyharm...no vent..only fan is outside my closet...ITS A WEED IT WILL GROW ALMOST ANYWHERE UNDER ANY CONDITIONS(almost)...JMO

you can easy fit a 250 in that space, especially with a cooltube, as for temps my room gets upto 83 0/f sometimes with no problems,

so how does pot grow so big and tall in those places? im not saying anyone is right or wrong i just need facts to back up a statement. like the effects of high temps and low temps. there are plants its a science behind their growth.

83-84 isnt a problem i think to many people try and hit that magic number 0f 78 and spend more time than is needed and money than is necessary, your plants will tell you when its to hot, dont worry

there is no magic #, temperature is supposed to fluctuate, however, it is advised generally to keep it cooler during the night time. So as to replicate outdoor temperature highs and lows.
