Can Someone Help Me Out With a Good Strain List for Medical Applications?

I have found a few lists that describe what given strains tend to help the most with given symptoms but they tend to be seed bank reviews, and I don't hold a lot of validity to someone reviewing their own strains that they are selling.

There was one on here buried somewhere, but I am having some trouble finding it. Maybe I am using the wrong search phrases/terms or something. I would really like to find something with a more scientific basis to it, if there is such a thing, other than some stoners opinion. I can find thousands of those on the net, but they contradict from one user to the next.

Is there anything reliable out there that points to "strain x" is very good for "symptom y"?
