Can someone tell me what's wrong?

I started growing this a little while ago, however i'm not exactly sure what's happening to it, if anyone could help me out, i'd appreciate it.
I don't know what strain it is, but it's been growing outdoors & getting proper watering.

Oooof. Stretched, overfed, over watered, hot soil (to many nutrients). Possibilities are as many as the lack of info provided.

What soil brand is it? What nutes are you using? Is the plant located in shaded area? T also looks like either something was eating at the stem base, or it rotted.

I'm not sure on the brand of the soil, & I just planted these about two weeks ago & havent added any nutes than what came in the soil. I'm kinda new at this. Should I move it from outside?

Inside or out, really won't matter. Without knowing at least the soil type it's going to be tough to answer any questions. Get some new soil and some perlite to add to it. Soil is always debatable, so I'm not going to recommend one as everyone has their favorite or own recipe to make their own, but a new soil that you will have known npk ratios, will help to answer questions later. When you transplant (if that stem isn't shot), hurry it deeper down. Like up to the first set of leaves. Hopefully it will either survive as is, or grow new roots. A seed starting mix may be a good choice as it is gentle on nutes.

Can you think of ant more ways to kill that plant? Jeez..call a priest so he can deliver the last rites

Bring it in and get it under a CFL or 2 or it will die. Too much water/not enough light. Try some CO2 as well. Or Start over after doing the Required Study of How To Grow.

Damn dude what did you do to that plant.

simple solution, cover the stem up to the bottom 2 leaves, and use very little water, only water when the soil is dry and the pot is light. i have seen this before the seed was planted too shallow and the roots cant get a good hold.outside is fine but the base needs the soil for support.

I often hear people saying that it's a weed and it will grow anywhere under almost any conditions. Maybe that was true of the plant that grew in the wild years ago, but the modern marijuana plant has developed a relationship with the humans that have hybridized it and cultivated it for generations. It has grown accustomed to being fertilized, watered, and nurtured by humans. Modern cannabis is dependent upon our care, and therefore our level of knowledge. Educate yourself about the proper growing environment and dedicate yourself to its care. This little plant that you have nearly killed with neglect is an excellent opportunity for learning. Good luck!
