Can you make micro plants with a auto flower seed

Hello this may be a dumb question so I just wanna ask can you make a micro plant I plan on just leaving it in the solo cup whole time due to limited space and all. But I have a auto seed and a reg female seed which one would be better? Thanks for any input

auto is not dependent on regular light cycles, as it should be fine but not leaving in solo cup it would be to small

thanks for the input but that's what I'm going for well I will transfer it in a 1/3 gallon pot in the end cause I'm trying to keep it small since my grow space is small ima do a auto jack

In a pot that small you can basicly gurantee that you will get a small very rootbound plant that may or may not produce healthy bud.
