point of the matter is.
It doesn't matter who you get to talk to you doctor.
It is a waste of your time.
Just because you get somebody to talk to your doctor, do you think he will just change his mind?
If the doctor originally said no, then he will always say no.
I am in the same boat right now.
Even though medical marijuana is proven to work, and is supposed to be provided.
There is no actual way to get it.
I asked my doctor about medical marijuana.
He BS'd me that I needed 3 specialists to sign, and even then the red tape is too much.
I then told him I already had the B1 form in my pocket.
I asked him if it was just that he would not sign his name to it because of pressures from the CMA or insurance.
He smirked and nodded yes.
I am going back this week again.
I am taking forms again.
I am asking he sign them again.(I know he will refuse)
So I will then demand he send me to my specialist to sign them.
If I find myself at a dead end road.
I AM GOING TO MY MP!
I will let him know of my situation in person.
I will also let him know it is against my rights to withhold medical marijuana.
The MP will have 3 choices......
Help me find a doctor to sign.
or.
State he'll turn me in (don't think so unless he wants bad publicity)
or.
Doesn't help me , and tries to forget about me
If he decides the third option to forget about me I will give him in writing a notice of future intentions of using marijuana for medical purposes from now on, no matter how I have to get it.
Legally or not.
I believe this is the best way for me to cover my butt, and fight for my rights at the same time.
Aslong as I prove that I tried to my limitations of receiving a medical license for my dis-ability.
Then I have done all that is required.
The rest is the flawed system to blame.
If I did get into trouble with the law.
I would first notify them that my MP has full acknowledgements of my doings, and therefor is an aider and abedder.
So we'll have to swing by there to pick him/her up too.
Oh, and I would make sure my family members call all media to cover my story.
One way or another, I have 100% right to medical marijuana.
I am a B1 form patient.
Not a grey area B2 form patient.
I will try my best through legal channels.
But in the end, nobody will have a hand over me.
