Canna Cookie Recipe Please

Sup RIU. I'm making some clarified cannabutter and I need a SIMPLE recipe for peanut butter cookies. Can anyone help a brotha out?
I chose peanut butter because it masks the flavor of the weed well, but if anyone knows a better flavor cookie to mask the taste of weed, I'd like that recipe too please.

Hmm. I've never had banana cookies, but they sound delicious. Were you talking about muffins? Banana cookies are new one to me. Unfortunately though, one of the people I'm cooking for doesn't like bananas. Too bad, they're my favorite.
 
Ingredients


  • 1 cup Canna butter
  • 1 cup crunchy (or creamy) peanut butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

Directions


  1. Cream together butter, peanut butter and sugars. Beat in eggs.
  2. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir into batter. Put batter in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Roll into 1 inch balls and put on baking sheets. Flatten each ball with a fork, making a criss-cross pattern. Bake in a preheated 375 degrees F oven for about 10 minutes or until cookies begin to brown. Do not over-bake.

Thanks man. That's the exact recipe I'm going to use.
I might throw in some chocolate chips for the hell of it . . lol
 
Sometimes I find I get a bit frisky with the canna butter & end up having to adjust the dry ingredients to get the consistency right, but for me two cookies sets me just right.
You don't want the dough really moist, more dry & crumbly so it just holds together well when you (? :shock: ?) roll your balls.
 
Here's what I've been doing for years with really good results. Simple too:

1. package of Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookie Mix.

2. A quarter ounce of your best bud de-stemmed. Grind the bud into a powder in your coffee bean grinder. Then thoroughly mix the bud powder into the cookie flour.

3. Use melted cannabutter to replace the oil required in the recipe.

4. Follow the directions on the package.

A quarter of one of these cookies gets me baked for four hours. Your tolerance will vary so go really easy and wait to see the effects.

If you want really potent, and I mean potent cookies, use a half ounce of bud instead of a quarterl
