Canna or CNS17?

I'm going to try growing some plants with Coco and I'm trying to decide between CNS17 and Canna nutrients. The Canna is probably better but between Canna Coco A/B, Rhizotonic, Cannazym, and the PK 13-14 I am looking at like $80 bucks and thats for the smallest size of each while the CNS17 for Coco is only $16.

So what do yall think? Should I go with the CNS17 or the Canna nutrients?

Thanks.

Also with the Coco I'm planning to do a mix of like 70% Coco and 30% Perlite. Does that sound good or should I do a different mix?

Your grow is looking really good, man. How do you like the Super Silver Haze? I was thinking about getting some seeds. Do you think it would be an easy strain for a newbie?

Start with the botanicare IMO. Canna is about as overpriced as advanced. Especially if you are running boost and shit.

Thanks, man. I'll go with the Botanicare. I'm pretty tight on money so thats probably what I would have gone with anyways, but its good to know that its the right choice.

I use Canna and I suggest you use the CNS 17. I would suggest you get Grow, Bloom, and Ripe. The Ripe is a little better suited to later growth. It's $25 for the whole package.

Your mix sounds fine. You don't need that much perlite to be honest, but it isn't going to hurt. Flowering in 2 gallon planters will allow you to feed frequently without over watering.

I've been using 3 gallon planters and they are great for larger plants but for an average, 2-3 foot, plant they don't need more than 2 gallons of coco.

If you do get Canna Coco A+B make sure you get the Cannazym too. I'd suggest GH Liquid KoolBloom over the Boost or the PK 13/14 as a flowering enhancer. Canna is significantly more concentrated, and despite being 3x the price you use it at 1/3 to 1/2 the volume. It evens out when you look at the number of gallons of solution you can make from their system.

The Botanicare system is cheaper up front and has what I consider to be more ideal levels and an easier to use system.
