Can't figure out what's wrong!

Hi everyone. My grow is steadily getting worse and I just can't figure out what's wrong here. Leaves look like they could be a mix of calcium def, mag def, phosphorous or potassium def?? Growing in 50 litre soil bags, feeding at ph6.5 ec1.6-1.8. nutrients are nutrifield bloom.
I've been trying to test the soil pH and the results are all over the place, I bought an electrical soil tester which is giving me readings of between ph6 in some bags to ph7.5 in other bags so I bought a chemical soil sample ph kit which is telling me the electrical tester is fairly close to accurate. I've tried flushing with huge amounts of water to try and rule out any lockouts due to salt buildup, that was 9 days ago. Left it for a few days and began feeding again at ec1.6, went up to ec1.8 yesterday and it doesn't seem to be solving the problem.
They are under 680w full spectrum leds at 1300ppfd at the canopy with 1100-1300ppm CO2 supplementation. I have used the same nutrient formulation for the last 12 years without these issues, however this is my first foray into growing in soil, I have always grown in coco or hydro before. could I just be overfeeding? I don't know. it seems more like underfeeding as these issues are starting on older fan leaves and migrating to newer growth over the course of two weeks, like the plant is scavenging mobile nutrients.
