cant mount new kit hps

Hi all , this is my 3rd hps kit that i buy , and now i was unpackaging the kit and it doesnt come with 3 chord to conect , instead comes with a c13 plug in .

I realize i need other item but the shop i bought is closed because of corona and i dont know how to put my lights to work
