Catfish & Wifey's 500W (or so) Grow

Hey RIU

New members here growing for our first time together. Both of us have some growing experience but more experimental than actual fruitfull harvests.

Here is the current set up we are working with.

Flower room has 1 400W w/air cooled reflector hooked up to a 6" fan. Fan pulls air through the light and out of the cabinet. One end of the light is open so this doubles as our exhaust fan for the whole cab. Regular old fan hooked up for air circulation.

Size of our flower room is about 4'x2'x4' and we are currently scrogging two Barney's Farms Feminized G13 Haze plants in it.

Veg room is below. Currently set up with one dual bulb T8 fixture and one dual bulb T5 fixture. The T8 is running 6500k bulbs, not sure of the T5 ones but definitely closer to a 2700K or so. We have another T8 with the same bulbs that will go in soon but is being used to keep our veggie plants alive until we can pot them and get em outside.

Size of the veg room is about 4'x2'x2; and is home to our G13 Haze momma, her three babies and 2 Feminized Barney's Farms Pineapple Chunk girls (one will become a 2nd mom).

Clone "room" is a tote for the moment. Space heater is inside to keep the temp @ 80 and another dual bulb T5 set-up with 6500K bulbs. Clones are under a humidity dome. This is the third clone attempt. The first one failed and we think because of our choice to plant them directly in soil. The second time around we used starter plugs and all of the clones rooted quickly. Right now we have 4 each of our G13 and Pineapple which we just put in yesterday.

Any questions or comments just fire away!

Thanks ChrisDuke we were wondering when someone would chime in!

Here is a little progress update. The girls are now two weeks in to flower and looking tasty! We are really happy with using the SCOG method it has been a pretty smooth process from the start. Here are a few pics took before they went to sleep yesterday. Will get a few more of these guys up tonight.

We also took a few more clones, pics on those later to.

Well, how did it turn out? Also how many plants exactly did you have in the screen and how long did you veg for? Did you top them? I'm putting some quality time in my next grow and I'm thinking of main-lining the crap out of some bagseed this time for the hell of it. Get as many tops as I can on my 400 w. I know this thread is old,but if you're still around let us know!
