CFL Rubbermaid Grow

Kind of a last minute job half of them are in soil perlite and vermiculite the other half just perlite and vermiculite (ran out of soil). The pots are currently sitting on top of a chest thats inside the bottom rubbermaid to keep them closer to the light. When they get taller i will remove the chest. Their about 2 weeks old now the ones in the soil are taking off i guess its the extra nutrients. I dont even remember what kind of soil i bought it at a local organic garden shop. The temp and humidity has been perfect but its getting warmer and more humid outside and today the temp and humidity were a little high so im planning on installing computer fans somehow. There are currently 6, 23 watt daylight cfls. i have socket splitters that i plan on adding so i can put 6 more bulbs in there when the plants are bigger to give them more light. Will i need warm light cfls for flower?? should i switch them all to warm lights or do something like 6 daylight 6 warm light?? also, does anyone have any ideas on exactly how to attatch the computer fans to the rubbermaid??

Update.....
Everythings going very nicely as far as I can tell... still havent added any nutrients... i added some worm castings to the perlite vermiculite mix in the front four to try to give them a nutrient boost hoping that they would catch up to the back four but the back four are still way ahead.... I figure the easiest way to light proof it for flowering will be just throw a dark blanket over it for the dark period. besides that the only changes I have in mind are to take the trunk out that they are sitting on to give them a little more vertical room, add the socket splitters and six more bulbs to give them more light, and add pc fans to circulate some air. at the moment the temp and humidity have been perfect (75F, 38%) and all the stems are very strong so I havent been rushed to add the fans. anyone have an answer on whether ill definitely need to change to warm light cfls for flowering??? i would just go ahead and do it but 12 23 watt cfls costs me over $100 at home depot so if i could stick with the daylight i will. any other suggestions as to how i could make the setup better/???

Yea, you definitely will need to switch to warm when flowers start to show if all you have are daylights right now. I've seen some people do pretty well with the whole grow from seed to bud using only warm 2300k though. =\

If it were me I would go ahead and just swap out 8 to flower. You basically have six sockets in a line with splitters so 12 cfls, right? So if W=2300k bulb and D=6500k bulb you could do...
