CGE room setup for medical grow

if you know what your talkin about then id love some advice and ideas on this screen play i just wrote...

planing out a indoor grow room,,
planing on making a CGE room

controlled grow enviroment:
-no outside air coming in (lowers pest risk)
-also should lower risk of being seen/smelt with less air ventalation..
-Air to cool the 1000 watts...8" ducting
-AC to keep temp down (og kush at max co2 likes what temp?)
- Dehumidifer (og kush with max co2/nutes/light likes what humidy?)
- co2 generator (how high of ppm can i run og kush at without burning/stunting?)
-12" carbonair filter with 12" blower to scrub air and control odor
-fans to maintain plant movement

yes i said 1000s... (i know id save some in electric with 600's... but the yield will be worth it..right?) its a legal medical grow so im willing to risk a pretty high electric bill...
plus i need to get my patients medicine quick and need to just buy the switchable 1000s and use them for veg and flowering to save time and save money
id be getting the 8" airlume cooling reflectors along with a powerful 8" blower..
how hot will it be with 2-6 1000s? (*note they will be cooled with 8in blower) cold winter months should be fine?

im gonna try soil for starts, it will be a medical grow
Room will need to be able to fit 24 plants flowering (6'x16'.. 96sqft be enough room?)
and enough vegging under 12 in. tall to be ready to flower in rotation...

i just read about this cge idea and i liked it... i havnt heard of many people using it but ive read a couple stories and it seems like a good idea...
they say that pests (like awful spider mites) come in through outside air that is coming into peoples grow rooms.. and with a co2/ac/dehumid/carbon filter you can keep everything perfectly controlled and avoid problems..?
adventages=
-less pests
-less odor escaping outside room
-less venting to outside
-less co2 waste
-more/better yield?

what do you think?
everyone (including me, sometimes) thinks the air will get stall... get old or something.... i could open the door for 30 min a day? (but that blows the clean air idea...)
if your smart... and know what your talking about.......... i would love some tips/ideas/comments
also should i...

tie my plants down/train plants to max yield?
is 4 1000s too much for 6 plants?
how many 1000s in a 96sqft room with 6-24 plants can be used without waste?
where can i find lots of information suchs as ppm/temp/humid for certain stains.. such as og kush?

ps anyway this is just a story i made up.. its not true...

I'm no expert but if you use a carbon filter, HEPA filter or some combination on the air intake you can still pump in fresh air and it will remain free of undesirable aerobic travelers.

I am trying to do this too have a look at my threat in grow room design and set-up. Have you had any luck?
