change nutes now or wait?

i was using proganics now have swapped to gh nutes in my dwc(micro and bloom)at 2.5ml of each into 4ltrs of water which made the ppms go to 300ppm. plants are 5weeks old and 150mm tall. i did this on the 15th and now its the 17th and the ppm is at 200(which is where the ppms start on my meter.i usauly do a full nute change every 10days. so iam wondering when to do full change.should i wait the 10days,do a full change over of water and nutes now or should i just add mores nutes into the water in there now?

From what you are saying, this MAY help you out if you have one of these. What brand are the nutes your using?
