Cheapest and somewhat fast delivery???

In everyones opinion, who is the cheapest, somewhat fastest shipping with discreet shipping to USA? And what strain is the cheapest with decent harvest time for a beginner. They will be growing in a 4x4x6ft high grow box with fox nutrients and 12 23 watt 6500k CFL's and 12 2700's for flowering, want to do like 5 plants

You can get 10 regular seeds from Nirvana (an advertiser on this site) for $28 and $11 for shipping. You will not go wrong with AK-48. It's easy to grow for a new guy and does well under CFLs. I know because that's what I grew when I was new and using CFLs.

Delivery takes a week or 2.

if all you're looking for is cheap beans and not worrying about quality in the least, then there are ton's of cheaper priced breeders over at the attitude, or even check out nirvana..
but if you're looking for cheaper priced seeds, but still want to smoke something that is going to get you high, this is a completely different question.. not saying that nirvana's gear won't get you high, so don't take it the wrong way, just saying that imho there are much better breeders who's gear will run you about the same amount of cash as nirvana, or maybe a few bucks more..
