How do I get access to the Classifieds? Also is there a site FAQ? I don't need one on how to grow so much as I need to figure this site out. Being a newb sucks...

welcome and hang in there. the fag is growfaq on left side of menu. fyi - the search function works much better when you search via tags

I'm in the same predicament, I went through all the Guides and still don't know how the rep points work, or the little meters (the green and orange) and plus signs.

look at the very bottom of the home page - support forum and open it to the stickies - all of the site info is there

the rep function is the scale on the right upper corner of each post
