clone hermied in veg is this unusual ?

one of my clones turned herme had maybe 10 pollen sacs on her/him today, but plant is under 18/6 lighting.

Is this normal or what seems strange to turn in veg never seen or heard of a plant herming in veg

A plant that's a true hermie will show both during veg as long as it's physically mature.
