She was repotted into fertilized soil, and soon growth slowed down. Is this nute burn? Notice the burnt tips (grown with CFLs so it isn't heat damage). Also the new growth is very skinny and finger like and there are light green patches on some of the broader leafs below. She was taken from a flowering plant and reverted back into vegetation. Her sister is showing the same symptoms.

my guess is its nute burn if the soil was ferted. did you go from soil w/ bloom fert to soil w/ grow fert? but I dont grow so im just guessing lol

Looks like classic nute burn to me. What soil are you using, and how long has it been in it. Unless it is a pretty weak mix, the soil itself should have enough nutes to feed the plant until it has rooted out the pot some more. If this is the case, just feed plain water for a while.
