clones

I got two clones that are rooted but have no medium. they are just sitting in a cup of water, thats how i got them. i want to do them in dirt what should i do?

Fill a pot with soil. Dig a hole with your free hand. Place roots, and stem into the hole, and then put the soil back carefully. I would water lightly with superthrive, and some diluted cloning solution.
