Does anyone know if it's ok to cut clones off my plants while
there in the flowering stage? Will it bring my yeild down?

I've done it, but it depends on how far into flowering you are. The later, the worse results with clones. Getting them to root, and veg again seems to take more time the deeper into flowering you are. I've done up to five weeks into flowering, with poor results.
As for your yield, you don't need very large clones, ( I always take them from the bottom branches that don't flower well anyway ) and you won't stress the plant if you don't cut much.

I'm only in the first week of flowering. I got 4 white widows and I need to get 10 clones off them. That might be too much.

How big are they ? 2-3 off each shouldn't be too bad, just don't use the apex cola to clone.

One is 32 inches the rest are just a couple

Unless you have a lot of stretch, you must have plenty of good, low branches you can clone. It shouldn't stress them to take 3.
