So I cut some fresh clones today dipped them in clonex then put them in soil in solo's can I leave the outside not in a dome or covered first time trying?

I'm not sure what you mean by "the outside," but they need to be enclosed with a dome to keep the humidity high.

Unless you're water cloning you should always have a dome for the first few days and shorten some of the leave by 40-50% so they won't sweat so much.

High humidity is absolutely essential for clones.

I always let them sit in water for 24 hrs first. Help them suck up all the water they can. Then put in whatever works.

just get a tupperware or clear tote and put it over them problem solved

those have way way to much foliage you are trying to grow roots not plants watch a video on youtube

Covered and not in direct sun you'll cook them.

What i mean by water cloning is where you're clone just sits in water alone so no soil or anything, just pure water.

To all u who said these wouldn't take... alls I did was mist them for 10 days 3 times a day and kept the soil moist and they are thriving....

so they do have roots ? i dont see roots in that clear container not saying it didnt work but cuttings will stay green a month without roots show us your roots and good luck i have rooted in soil plenty of times just not outside uncovered

lol after reading my comment i had some big cuttings that i forgot to trim the leaves and they all rooted so i was wrong but for beginners its best to keep it easy until you get a system down pat

Maybe don’t watch YouTube….
There have been a couple of studies on cloning cannabis and de-leafing/cutting leaves hurts successful rooting. Although cannabis roots so easily and is so hardy you can get away with a lot.
