Closet Grow Specs Help

Hey guys,

For a closet grow, how would a 250w HPS do in a cabinet 2.5 x 3 x 3. Would I need more height? More space? How about ventilation? Do I need in-line fans?

250 should be alright but i would use more height.You will def need ventilation a good inline fan should be good.

awesome, appreciate it wyte. how tall you thinkin? stealth would be good. the closet is actually about 8+ ft tall, how hot do you think the closet and cabinet would run?

And some questions on the fans, should i make the fan suck or blow, And how many cfms? Thanks again.

You should have 1 bringing in fresh air and one sucking the hot air out.I use the cheap duct booster fans.I plan on getting a 180 cfm inline fan soon but the duct booster fans work fine for now.As for height i would use at least 4 to 5 feet.The other half could be a veg/clone box but thats up to you.
