Closet Light Set up need help /advice please

I have recently considered starting indoor growing. i have been doin outdoor grow for about 3 years now succesful only 2 seasons. Been doing alot of research on indoor growing for the past months now. I have a closet that is 8 feet wide with two big sliding doors on them. Each side of the closet is 4 feet and has a dept of 2 and a half feet. The walls inside the closet are concrete and the doors are made of wood.
I have a local store that sells MH bulbs and ballasts. Along with HPS bulbs. I plan to make each side of the closet a diff grow space. the left vegging and the right flowering. I think i can get about 2 or 3 plants max in each side .
With a space like mine i think i would need a 250 MH bulb for vegging . Am i correct?
The local store that sells me bulbs and ballasts do not come with fans. What can i do or what should i do about the fan situation and heating of the bulb?
....What type of HPS bulb should i use forflowering in this growing space?

Looks like a challenge to make light tight. you'd probably be better off using t5s too, unless you can vent some heat.
On the other hand looks like two 2'by4' tents may fit nicely, still gonna have heat to vent with a HID.
