Well im in the process of adding co2 to my grow. If the exhaust cycle goes to my attic could it be a health problem. Could the co2 drop drop from my attic cover or bathroom vents. My roof has a vent ridge so i cant bypass the attic and i cant add a vent since its a townhouse. Also what the max temp i can hit in my room?

Attics usually have their own venting. so I doubt it'll be a problem. Especially with a home with a modern HVAC and cold air return.

Temps can be increased significantly, well into the 90's.

90 is really pushing it.

No, 90* is not pushing it, I am typically at 95* BUT IS STRAIN DEPENDENT. I have been using CO2 for going on 3 years now; love it too!
Once the CO2 gets mixed in your grow air, it dissipates quite rapidly, so I wouldn't worry at all about any health risks. The biggest problem will be if it is on and you have to go into the blooming area to work. It'll make you dizzy and you'll want to leave ASAP. Best thing to do is to shut it off and turn the fans on, exiting it from the room and then go in there.

co2 ppm levels need to be a bunch higher to have affects on a normal sized human. turning it off to work in the room is just crazy. co2 does not dissapate it is used or exhausted. my room will be only be 100-150ppm lower at lights on after being off for 12hrs, that is not dissapating. some strains may do ok at 90-95(most will not) but i would bet they do better at 80-85.
