Hey first time growing and I need to know if it's ok to add 2 drops of ph down in my nutes to get a 6.0 runoff? Would that hurt my plant at all?

First you can try flushing the plants with ph water of 6.0 , and keep flushing it till all the salts are gone and runoff is ~6. After you have given it a good flushing, the next time you water the ph runoff should be 6. does that help?

Hi thanks for the reply, well coco buffers ph naturally so my runoff was around 8.0 when I water with 6.0, so I assumed I have to add ph down to contrast the buffer. But I only been adding molasses with ph6 water for my seedling and just noticed that my dyna gro nutes if I used at 1 ml per gal with bring my ph down significantly so I'll see what happens.

I would experiment on a few plants and see what works best for you. I don't think it will make much difference either way, but it may!
