Confused about advanced nutrients calculator.

Hello everyone,

I was hoping someone could answer a quick question I have about advanced nutrients' calculator.

I'm at their website, I have the nutrient base set at "grow micro bloom"

but im confused about setting the correct "formula" selection.

They have "Plus program bloom" in various concentrations, then they have a "vegetive growth" selection, and a couple others.

Do you select the vegetive growth program for your first 4 weeks, and then choose one of the bloom schedules, or are the bloom schedules formulated for the first 4 weeks of vegetive growth as well?

Assuming you are starting from seed, vegetative growth would be what you want. Blooming is for the flowering stage/program, you are simply growing the plants to maturity.

I follow the Sensi 2+ program that calculator offers and so far love it.

Hint: Be sure to account for the natural PPM of your water BEFORE you add nutrients. Once you have that number you can add nutrients and subtract the natural PPM of your water from it to get an accurate PPM of nutrients in your water.
