Could it be Phosphorus deficiency

I currently transplanted these clones last week Tuesday from soil to clay pebbles. When I transplanted then, they were growing well the first two days. Then all o a sudden they stopped growing.

I originally had them under T5 lights for 24hrs a day up until yesterday when I decided to change them to 18/6 as I wasn’t sure whether the constant light was an issue for them.

Gradually the stems and petioles started changing purple. Although they were a little bit purple when I bought them in LA. When I couldn’t find out the issue I flushed them for 24hrs with RO water then started their feeding gradually. B/c I’m using RO, I add cal-mag allowing my ppm to reach between 250-300 before adding my base. My EC is now at 1.1.
The strain is Gelato 33 I’m currently using advanced nutrients sensi grow A&B. They used to have the dank smell to them whenever I walked in the room, but now no smell what’s so ever only if I touch the leaves

Can anyone kindly advise what the issue could be.
