I just got off the phone with crop King seeds and I have to admit the i am not impressed with their customer service one bit.
Here's the reason why....
I ordered some seeds from them over 21days ago and still have yet to see them. So I called to see what's going on.
They look it up... All going well at this point. The guy in the phone then noticed I've been waiting for 3 weeks for my seeds and didn't believe that I had not gotten them and said that someone must be stealing my mail. Continued to go on asking me in a very rude, ingnorent, baligerent tone "how do I know this isn't going to happen again, how do I know your not lying to me, how do I know this isn't going to keep happening over and over again?" With a raised voice as well.
I tired to explain that if I get two packs from them I'll send one back. Then he went on to tell me that he's just going to be braking even by resending me the order because he's also going to be paying for tracking...
Then he basically called me a lyer again when I told him I would resend the second pack of seeds if I got it. Wanted me to feel sorry for him and all this shit. Then went in to say how they are the #1 seed company in the world and the list went on.
Now I have ordered from them before a few times and keep getting treated like this so I am fed up with their company.
I WILL NEVER carry, sell, buy or anything crop King in the future. IMHO that's the costs of doing business. But now I will NEVER suggest that anyone goto them in the future even for a grinder. They are just rude, ignorant, vulger, unfriendly, the list goes on...
DO NOT BUY CROP KING SEEDS!!!
They maybe a Canadian company but so am I and if they are going to treat a fellow Canadian like this... Just think about how they treat others....
Final verdict.... As I said above...
DON'T BUY CROP KING SEEDS!!!

They are headquartered in Spain but still doesn't excuse anything in my book.
