Curling leaves and yellow spots

This is only my first grow so Im not too worried about a big harvest but I would like to find out what this problem is. My leaves are curling and not looking as healthy as they did a few days ago. Some yellow spots have shown up aswell. Im using miracle grow soil (not that blue plant food shit) and its on 18/6. Is this all because of the soil? Anyone know whats wrong and how to fix it?

Here are some pictures. I just watered the plant before taking the pictures, its not always that wet.

It looks a bit like a magnesium deficiency I had a while ago. Epsom salts fixed it right up. I believe plants grown in those store bought soils are prone to MG def. Maybe thats Pro-Mix. I can't remember.

Is the magnesium deficiency the cause of both of the problems? (yellow spots + leaves curling)
