Too much GD rain in the PNW. I've had 80% humidity for 9 days straight. Bud Rot hitting my colas. My trichs are still clear. Will they be worth a damn?




Oh,....the humanity!!!

Man that blows! I had to chop early due to bud rot too. What a cruel joke! I was able to chop the rotting parts and bring my ladies back inside to avoid the humidity and cold. You don't have that option so you have a tough choice to make hombre. Good luck!

Clear, eh? Hmmmm, that's not good, unless it's a sativa-dominant plant (some of their clear trichomes take forever to cloud).

I'd just trim the rotten bud outta there and hang on. Maybe pray to the bud gods that you get some less humid days.

That rot doesn't look good, though. And even if you can pick it out and get some cloudy trichomes, you still gotta get through the drying and curing process without it reappearing.

And even if the mold wins, you can always make hash outta it. Bubble bags, baby.

if you cut early, id chop it all up and turn it all into dry ice hash myself. Would be better than losing it to rot and the likes, and with that much plants, you would get crazy amounts of hash to press too

There should be some great weather to come if you think its worth it. Bud rot sucks, sorry to hear about your loss of buds. Horrid feeling:(

Theres no stopping the rot once it starts & it spreads like wild fire. Your plants are far enough along to still give you some good smoke. They get you plenty high even with clear trichs. Better than losing it all to bud rot.
