Daily grow tips??

Yo what up. I ran several individual bubble buckets my 1st grow and trying to get any tips for daily maintenance that could make life easier? before stepping Into next grow.? A few problems I encountered.

I would check ph and ppms daily but in order to do so I would take the lid off and stick my pen in there. Sit plant in empty bucket make adjustments to ph if needed then place plant back in proper ph water. Which seemed cool, until plants grew big af.

And even more complicated once I set the trellis up. Because then I would take off the trellis to take readings and make adjustments and put trellis back on... (EVERYDAY)

Or is this just what I’m supposed to do?

and how do you support heavy buds in a bubble bucket set up?.

Write all that down in a book type journal. Every move you make and any thoughts on it.

After awhile, you'll see your mistakes. The improvements. What works and what doesn't.

I'm sure you're understanding. Weed growers do it for life.

Keep a journal.

Scrog net without the 'scrog'. In garden terms. Grow it through a trellis net. About 12" from the top of the medium. Topped once. By harvest the net will be almost half way up the plant. Supporting the buds.

Ok. But after you set the scrog up. How would you go about taking your readings? Adjusting ph etc? Taking the scrog and putting it back on m my??? Every day?

I have seen some growers that have a external drain attached to each bucket .... not exactly sure what kind is system or equipment you have but there is a way to hook something up so u can take a sample so u don’t need to remove plant and disturb roots everyday, also if u do attempt to install bulkheads or anything just make sure you don’t end up with leaks drill everything exact ...there are a lot of tutorials on here I’m sure u can find .... hope this helps happy grow!

you can also cut access panel on the top

Yea that’s a lot of help.. and make sense, just go under. Then the only pain would be if the ph is off and you gotta fix it. Just tryna see how the hell you guy’s go around yours scrogs to maintenance your plants basically

What size buckets do u have , how do u change out nutes ? Or do I just leave the same u started with and you just keep topping up?

5 gallon buckets, I’d take off the scog, sit plant in empty bucket, dump old nutes, replace, and set scrog back up

For all bubblebucket DWC -Easy access for filling/draining/checking

I have a bubblebucket setup times 12 and have seen many struggle to deal with filling and res changes-try this -has made life MUCH easier Get this:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000HE9YEM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 And then a 1 1/2" holesaw and drill access hole in lid...

Or u can get a batt pump and all u need to do is make a access on top that can open and close
