Damn my plant is dying

Anyone know whats wrong with this pos?
It is my only plant in MG the rest are in Black Gold, and this plant is dying, its about 5 weeks into flower, and it looks like it is going to take a while more, but it looks like its going to die before that.
Any ideas on whats wrong?

looks like nute burn to me

mg is bad it has time release fetalizer and can give your plant nute burn i would flush and re plant in different soil
