Day 29 Flowering - Looking Nice Smelling great

looking niiiiiiiiiice. . when people say 29th day of flowering do they mean 29th day of 12/12 or 29th day of seeing flowers???

Auntie Janes Liquid Seaweed (Flower n Fruit)
Bat Guano
30mls of each per 9 litres - (i think thats 2 gallons)
plus - 2 big teaspoons of mollases
water every 2 days - nutes every 2nd watering.
